The living room with birch hardwood flooring has new furniture ('09) and the dining area looks out to a large deck (21x21) and pool and large fenced in back yard. Gas grill (new '09) and table/chairs on the deck. Also a partially finished basement with pool table, couches, cable TV! Just a short trip to everything - ferries, beaches, golf, Main St, Mashpee Commons, boating. Regardless of the weather, this is the perfect house to rent! WiFi, too! Cable TV with DVD in any of the three living rooms. And new for 2010, we have a flat screen TV hung in the main living room, and replaced the French door to the outside with a slider. Pool is available ONLY from mid May to late Sept, weather permitting. Hi speed internet available from June to mid September. The Owner Says ..."You will love this house! Also available by the weekend after Labor Day or before mid June!"
