Falmouth Cape Cod Vacation Homes and Rentals with PoolsThis house is a FRIDAY TO FRIDAY rental for Summer 2009. Pool! Air Conditioning in 3 of the BRs. Old Silver Beach is 5.1 miles! Great back yard, large pool. 2 livingrooms, 5 BRs (one in basement). Lots to love, including a new kitchen, and a very friendly layout! Also, 3 full bathrooms, one on each floor (including one in the basement). There is a gameroom in the finished basement, with a 6' x 3' pool table (smaller than full size). Ballymeade's back entrance is 1/4 mile away from the house. WiFi available from June to Labor Day only. GARAGE is not availble to tenants who rent between October and Memorial Day. BR3 also has a futon, as well as cable TV, and DVD player. Note that BR5 is a basement bedroom. Cape Cod basements typically have a high humidity level, and this is no exception. We do have a dehumidifier going at all times, but it can still be humid and a bit damp, that is why we consider this an 'extended' 4BR. The Owner Says ..."The pool is so nice, you won't want to leave (even though Old Silver Beach is 8 minutes away)!"
